about.
Camille Marie Hoad grew up in Stuarts Draft, Virginia, a small manufacturing town that's only major landmark is a statue of a cow that gets dressed up for holidays. She first fell in love with theatre after watching her older sister in an elementary school production of The Jungle Book and left the theatre wanting to know everything she could about the stage.
Camille is a graduate of Emory & Henry College and holds a B.F.A. in Theatre Arts - Directing & Stage Management. She is currently serving as the Production Manager at Interlakes Summer Theatre in Meredith, NH. Her most recent directing project was Built on Shadows, an original dance adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth written and produced at Emory & Henry College. Please visit her resume below for her full list of credits.

While Camille has worked in a variety of theatrical styles, she is especially interested in movement based work. Camille is inspired most by dancer and choreographer Pina Bausch and her revolutionary work in Tanztheater.

When Camille is not in the theatre, you can find her reading romance novels, watching Formula 1 races, or talking to squirrels.
